Shipping Process
At Restore to Endure, we strive to provide quick and flexible shipping options for our customers across the United States. Our inventory is housed in our (Place of Warehouse), allowing us to efficiently process and ship orders. Select products may ship directly from the manufacturer to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Please note that custom finish items may have extended processing times.
Standard Ground Shipping
For most items under 150 pounds, we offer free standard ground shipping via parcel services such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. This flexibility allows us to process and ship orders promptly. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our return policy for instructions on how to proceed.
Standard Freight Shipping
For items over 150 pounds, we provide free standard freight shipping. Once your freight order is ready for delivery, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery time. It is essential to provide an accurate phone number at checkout to facilitate this process. Our standard freight service includes curbside delivery and liftgate service. The driver will remove the item from the truck, but it is your responsibility to bring the item onto your property.
You will be required to sign for a freight delivery. Please inspect the item before accepting delivery. Any damage present upon arrival must be noted at the time of delivery. Restore to Endure is not liable for damages not documented at the time of delivery.
Shipping Options
Flat Rate Shipping
All orders under $99.00 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95, regardless of quantity or size. This flat rate shipping applies to standard locations within the contiguous 48 states. Restore to Endure reserves the right to select the delivery type, carrier, and service level for each shipment when standard shipping is chosen.
Free Shipping on All Orders
All orders exceeding $99.00 qualify for free standard shipping. This standard shipping applies to standard locations within the contiguous 48 states. Restore to Endure reserves the right to choose the delivery type, carrier, and service level for each shipment when standard shipping is selected. For freight shipments, standard shipping includes curbside delivery and liftgate services. Special considerations and fees may apply to certain delivery exceptions, such as deliveries to hard-to-reach areas.
Expedited Shipping Options
Most items shipped via standard parcel service can be expedited for an additional cost to reduce shipping time or guarantee delivery by a specific date. Processing time may still vary depending on manufacturer resources and discretion. Freight shipments are sent at the fastest available speed (Priority Freight) and cannot be expedited further.
If you request expedited or overnight shipping after 2 PM Central Time, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please contact our Customer Service department at (727) 607-5181 to determine expedited shipping availability and pricing.
- Expedited shipping options are subject to carrier restrictions and limitations, including weather events and natural disasters that may prevent on-time delivery.
International Shipping
International orders are not eligible for free standard shipping. We regularly ship to Canada and can accommodate these orders; however, you are responsible for contacting our sales representatives to determine shipping costs. Additional international shipping opportunities may be available; please call for availability. International orders are not eligible for our standard return policy and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
